The standard sign ups are delivered over a longer period of time which works best for most programs.
You might get 2-5 sign ups one day, none one day, 15 - 20 one day. It is very random, but by the end of the campaign you will have received all of your sign ups.

Standard campaigns of 100 - 300 sign ups run for 30 - 60 days. Larger campaigns 500 - 2,000 can take 90 days or more to complete.
